Graduation Speech to my Penguins

Good morning everyone.

Good morning Penguins!

Emily, Shina, Olivia, Alfred, Louie, Sunny, Jason, Thomas, Daniel and Jun:

For the past two weeks, Heidi Teacher has been telling you that she has been happy and sad about graduation. Happy because you will start kindergarten but also sad because you will be leaving Nicole Teacher and Heidi Teacher. But today, Heidi Teacher is only very happy.

I am so proud of you! You have done so many great things like learning to read and write in full sentences. Matthew Teacher would also be very proud of you, too. We are all very excited for you.

Thank you for being such energetic and spirited students who love to learn and sing with me.
Thank you for letting me choose my favourite e-poly song once a week and for loving Totoro just as much as I do. Thank you for learning with me. I loved learning with you everyday.

Congratulations and Happy Graduation Day!

Marathon Update: 5lb. need not apply...

...so any takers?

In an effort to run faster, Judy and I are trying to lose 5lbs. So...we are eating less carbs and more protein etc. etc.

Some other things I'm doing...
  • build more abdominal muscles
  • strengthen back muscles
  • stretch out and length hamstrings
  • increase overall flexibility

So yeah...we're getting up early and training well. Our next long run will be three hours long this Sunday. If you see us along the Han River, get me a drink of gatorade.

As the date approaches, I'm getting more and more excited. Why so excited teacher you asked? Because there is a metal at the end of the race.

Gotta run...
